· No external power required, compares process line pressure changes with signals to balance medium force and actuator output force, achieving stable pressure/differential pressure
· ZZCP differential pressure valve: Balanced single-seated valve for precise micro-pressure control with stable pressure, high precision, and excellent sealing. ZZCN differential pressure valve: Double-seated valve with large flow coefficient, configurable through forward/reverse plug installation
· ZZVP micro-pressure valve: Adjustable setpoint during operation, suitable for industrial furnace fuel gas control, petroleum product tank protection gas regulation. Adjustable range: 50mm.WC to 0.1MPa
· Widely used in industrial combustion systems: Controls two media (e.g. gas/air flow ratio) for optimal combustion; Hydrogen-cooled generator sealing oil systems: Maintains oil/gas pressure differential for reliable sealing. Structural Features
1. Pressure setpoint adjustable on-site within regulation range
2. Spring replacement enables rapid pressure range modification
3. ZZVP micro-pressure valve uses rubber diaphragm as pressure balancing element, unaffected by upstream pressure changes. Enhances response speed and regulation accuracy (Fig.B/D/F). No balancing element required for low flow (Fig.E)
4. Packing-free stem seal design minimizes friction with absolute sealing reliability
5. ZZVN micro-pressure double-seated valve adopts self-balancing dual-seat plug for large bore applications (Fig.C)
6. Rubber diaphragm actuator detects minimal pressure variations with high sensitivity and precision
7. Integral shut-off valve prevents contaminants from entering actuator, protects diaphragm/seals from overpressure damage
8. Metal bellows available when upstream pressure >0.1MPa, or for corrosive/high-temperature media
