Control Valve

The unique trim assembly combining a single-seat plug and cage-style top-guided structure not only retains the characteristics of a single-seat control valve but also incorporates the dynamic stability of a sleeve-type control valve. The cage-guided sleeve further resists erosion and mitigates cavitation. The quick-change trim assembly significantly simplifies the alignment of the valve seat and plug, elevating the leakage class to Class V (superior to the Class IV leakage of threaded-seat assemblies) while enhancing ease of assembly and maintenance. It is suitable for small-bore, high-temperature, and other demanding conditions, particularly ideal for slurries, polymers, and high-temperature media.

Pilot-Operated Balanced Cage Control Valve

Building upon the foundation of the 200M Series balanced cage control valve, the 200MX Series incorporates technical upgrades, including the addition of a pilot plug to enable precise low-opening regulation. The self-sealing principle between the plug, stem, and cage ensures tighter sealing compared to other valve types, elevating the leakage class to Class V (surpassing Class IV standards). This valve serves dual functions—both as a regulating valve and a venting/shut-off valve—with a wide adjustable range and high-precision flow characteristics. It is specifically designed for high-pressure differentials, elevated temperatures, and low-leakage requirements, making it ideal for liquids, gases, steam, and other media under extreme conditions.
